Three classes. One studio. Signature Method.
Three 45-minute formats — build strength and technique, lengthen and re-energise, or chase a deeper burn. Pick one, mix all three. Every class scales to your level.
Classic Barre
Built on the fundamentals — slow, controlled movements and high repetition that fatigue and sculpt every muscle group. Barre and mat sequences focused on strength, stability, and precise technique. Best for: Building strength, confidence, and technique.
Fluid and continuous — move seamlessly transitions between strength, stretch, and balance-based sequences. Builds lean muscle, improves posture, and sharpens body awareness. Best for: Feeling centred, lengthened, and re-energised.
High-energy and full-body — pulses, holds, and cardio bursts designed to fire your muscles and raise your heart rate in 45 minutes. Sculpting, sweating, challenging. Best for: A stronger sweat and a deeper burn.
Small class sizes mean more guidance, encouragement, and attention to your form. Personal from the moment you walk in.
All levels, always welcome
You don't need rhythm, flexibility, or experience to start. Every class is welcoming and easy to follow at your own pace.

Supportive guidance from Stella throughout every session
I had my first class yesterday. I must say it was a great workout. Stella is an extremely talented teacher. She guides you with little adaptations to suit your body and level. The studio felt very welcoming. It was bright and quiet despite it being located at a corner of two busy streets. I like that it’s a very small class which made it personal, but very fun! I cannot wait to try another class. I’m so glad that I found this studio. I just love it ♥️

Barre blends yoga and Pilates while incorporating ballet to tone your physique and increase flexibility. The main focus is on isometric exercises, often done on a ballet barre — including lunges, curtseys, pliés, and ballet squats. An excellent method to tone, strengthen, and improve flexibility from head to toe.
Not at all. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Our instructors provide modifications for every exercise, ensuring everyone can participate safely and effectively.
Comfortable workout clothes that allow you to move freely. We recommend grip socks or bare feet for better stability. We provide all equipment including light weights, resistance bands, and yoga mats. Just bring water and a positive attitude.
We recommend starting with 2–3 classes per week. Many members notice improved posture and strength within the first few weeks, with more significant changes in muscle tone and flexibility after 4–6 weeks of consistent practice.
Barre combines the precision of ballet, the strength of Pilates, and the flexibility of yoga. Small, controlled movements target specific muscle groups to create long, lean muscles while improving posture, balance, and core strength. Low-impact but highly effective.
Classes run for 45 minutes including warm-up and cool-down. The schedule allows a full hour — the first 15 minutes are yours to settle in, ease into your environment, and meet like-minded people. We encourage this so no one feels rushed.
Your first class is waiting.
